No amount of annual membership fee will be refunded.
ESC annual membership fee will be based on individual members export turnover in the preceding year as decided by the ESC Executive Committee.
No refund of participation charges will be entertained on account of visa refusal by the host country and Council shall not be responsible, in any way, on this matter.
Full payment of the participation fee is due 60 days prior to the event start date or upon booth selection, whichever comes first.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within 60 days of the event start date.
Companies responsible for partial payments: 1. If a deposit was previously made, the remaining balance becomes due 60 days before the event. 2. The full participation fee becomes payable even if the company cancels its participation within 60 days of the event.
Non-payment consequences: 1. Outstanding payments will be recorded as arrears, and the company may be blacklisted. 2. The council reserves the right to reassign the booth to companies on the waiting list.
50% of the full amount of participation fee will be deducted if participant cancels participation between 60-90 days before the event.
10% of participation fee will be deducted if participant cancels participation 90 days before the event.
10% of participation fee will be deducted if participant cancels participation 90 days before the event.
Refund policy may be as per the ESC offer letter for any event / activity.
Refund policy will also depend on the terms and conditions of the respective fair management.
